Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products, allowing you to submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your ordered items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be kept in its original condition: unworn, unused, fully intact with all original tags, accessories and original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required for all return applications.
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email: sgna5442@outlook.com. All approved returns must be shipped to the designated return address: Hong Kong.
Once your return request is verified and approved, we will send you a official return shipping label together with detailed guidelines on how and where to ship your package. We do not accept any returned items without a prior formal return request.

Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact us right away. We will promptly assess the problem and provide a full resolution, including replacement, refund or other applicable solutions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable in all circumstances. Once production of customized items is confirmed, no return, exchange or refund request will be accepted.
In addition, the following categories of items are also excluded from returns and refunds: perishable goods (including food, flowers and plants), personal care products (including beauty and skincare items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.
Please note that sale clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Finished product models are fully eligible for our standard 30-day return and refund policy, provided that they meet the return condition requirements mentioned above (unused, unmodified, with original packaging and tags intact). If you have any questions about the return eligibility of specific items, please contact our support team for confirmation.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to complete an exchange is to submit a return request for your original item first. Once your return application is approved and processed, you may place a new separate order for your desired product or variant.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For all orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the statutory right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason without providing justification. The same return conditions apply: items must be unused, unmodified, with original tags and complete original packaging, and accompanied by valid purchase proof. This EU statutory right does not apply to non-returnable custom-made products specified above.
Refunds
We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. We will notify you promptly to inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected after inspection.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control.
