At Trekhold, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, processing, and delivery terms applicable to all orders placed on our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms listed below. Normally you will receive your order in 7–25 business days from the date that your order is placed.

Order Processing Time

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.
For all regular in-stock products, the standard processing time is1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Packages are generally shipped within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment. We will notify you by email promptly if we are unable to ship your order within the standard processing period.
Custom-made products require a fixed production and processing period of approximately 30 days. The exact shipping timeline for customized items will be confirmed via email after your order is verified and production is arranged. Custom orders cannot be rushed or expedited due to personalized production procedures.

We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Our goods are dispatched from Hong Kong. All return shipments should be sent back to Hong Kong in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
We cooperate with multiple reliable global logistics carriers, including DHL, UPS, Fedex, USPS, Post office, EMS, UBI, SF and other official logistics providers. All packages support full tracking services.

Shipping Method, Cost & Delivery Estimates

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid delivery address, customs clearance procedures, peak seasons, adverse weather or other uncontrollable causes.

We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet the minimum order amount threshold. For orders below the threshold, corresponding standard or expedited shipping fees will be charged. The final accurate shipping fee will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment, so you can confirm all costs in advance. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the logistics system.

Yes! All our shipments are fully traceable. You can track your package status via official logistics websites such as www.usps.com or www.17track.com with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to us.
We are not responsible for any customs delays, duty fees, or tax charges incurred during international delivery. Customers are advised to check the local import regulations of their country before placing an order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please contact our customer service team immediately if your package is lost, severely delayed, or arrives with obvious external damage. We will work with the logistics provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
We are not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, unsuccessful delivery due to recipient absence, or long-term unclaimed parcels at the local courier station.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to invalid address, recipient refusal, or unclaimed status, customers will be responsible for all incurred return shipping fees and re-shipping fees for a second delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable orders.
